Thank you for your interest in becoming a Growing Places Indy CSA Member. Our 20-week-long CSA program is an opportunity for customers to enjoy fresh, seasonal produce while investing in our farm and education programs.
CSA stands for Community Supported Agriculture. In short: it’s a weekly subscription box for locally grown food!
For decades, CSAs have supported small-scale farmers and strengthened local food systems. Our farms benefit by receiving upfront, steady income from members, minimizing some of the risks that come with small-scale farming. At Growing Places Indy, the proceeds of your “share” support our mission of creating a more equitable and just food system.
Benefits
- 20 weeks of fresh produce from the beginning of June until the end of October (skipping the week of 4th of July)
- One share will typically support a family of 3 to 4
- Boxes may include: vegetables, herbs, plant starts, etc. (contents will change on a weekly basis)

We invite you to consider, from your economic position in this moment, what you’re able to invest in nourishing yourself and nurturing the GPI farm. Please contact us if you can’t afford any amount. We are committed to making fresh produce available to everyone.
Pick Up
Members are responsible for picking up their weekly produce box at our farm site at Chase Legacy Center located at 727 N Oriental St, Indianapolis, IN 46202.
There will be two pickup days you can choose from this year, Wednesday or Thursday from 4-7pm.
CSA orders will be available mid-March 2024!
