Kundalini Yoga strengthens your immune system, tunes your vital glands and nervous system. It increases good circulation. Often called the “Yoga of Awareness,” it works to unite body, mind and spirit. Classes are themed to work on a specific aspect of the body, energy, emotions or the mind. You may experience postures you haven’t seen in other yoga classes – but the class is all-levels. It includes physical yoga with moving postures, a vibrational Gong relaxation, and brief meditation.

Diane Hancock has been teaching Kundalini yoga for 20 years, is an eRYT-500 (Yoga Alliance) & Level III certified with the Kundalini Research Institute. She teaches weekly classes at CITYOGA and provides Multi-gong immersions in Central Indiana, in addition to training Kundalini Yoga teachers.
