Three Carrots, 1st season at IWFM
We sell seitan, a vegetarian, plant-based meat alternative, along with breakfast food and sandwiches. We intend to open a plant-based, 100 percent-vegetarian restaurant in 2015.

Why should people shop at the IWFM?
You support your local community. I buy almost all of my produce from local farmers and we get our ingredients for our seitan from Good Earth Natural Foods, so when you buy from us, not only are you supporting us, you are also supporting the farmers and small businesses we use as suppliers. It keeps your money in our community.
What do you buy at the IWFM?
I’m always super stoked on what my friends from Raw Gourmet Delights bring to the market. Amelia’s bread is insanely good. We are always distracted by how good the Body Eclectic soaps smell. I’ve been buying spices, oils, and vinegars from Artisano’s for years. We use a lot of Harvestland’s produce. We love being part of the market and are honored to be surrounded by such talent.
