Designed to get your mind and body moving in ways that cultivate self-expression\, restoration\, moving emotions\, refreshing body\, mind and nervous system – whatever you need. Classes may include yoga\, dancing (free-form dance party\, Salsa\, or other styles)\, sound immersion experiences\, meditation\, and more! There is no set fee to participate\, though we welcome you to make a donation to GPI. \nThis class is Deconditioning: Where Yoga Meets Cardio and Catharsis\, led by Laura Henderson. Talk about shopping local!
